This policy applies to all purchases made via Mint Gold Ltd, including both:

Physical products (e.g. bullion, jewellery, watches), and

Competition entries via Bullion Comps
1. Competition Entries (Bullion Comps)
No Refund Policy
All competition entries are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing an entry, you agree to:

Participate in a skill-based prize competition

Be bound by our Terms & Conditions
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if:

A technical error results in duplicate charges
-
A payment is taken but no entry is issued
Competition Changes
If a competition does not sell out, we reserve the right to:

Extend the draw date
-
Modify the competition structure
-
Offer a cash alternative
-
Issue refunds at our discretion
2. Physical Products (Retail Sales)
Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Must include original packaging

Must not be customised or altered
Non-Returnable Items
The following are excluded:

Custom or personalised items

Items sealed for hygiene reasons once opened

Bullion products where market prices fluctuate (see below)
3. Bullion & Precious Metals (Important)
Due to market volatility:

Gold, silver, and other bullion products are exempt from standard return rights once dispatched, in line with UK consumer regulations relating to fluctuating financial markets.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed if the price is locked based on live market rates.
4. Refund Process (Retail Items)
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 3–7 working days after approval
We reserve the right to:

Deduct value for any loss in condition

Refuse returns that do not meet requirements
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A faulty item

An incorrect item
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:

Offer a replacement, repair, or refund

Cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable
6. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured delivery

We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
7. Prize Returns (Winners)

Prizes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Cash alternatives (if chosen) are final

Once dispatched, responsibility transfers to the recipient
8. Fraud Prevention
