TERMS & CONDITIONS – BULLION COMPS

1. Promoter
These competitions are operated by Bullion Comps (a trading name of Mint Gold Ltd), registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

  • Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible.

  • By entering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. The Competition

  • Each competition is a skill-based prize draw and requires entrants to answer a question correctly.

  • All correct entries are entered into a random draw using a verifiable random selection method.

  • The winner will be selected either:

    • When all tickets are sold, or

    • On the stated draw date (whichever comes first)

4. Entry & Pricing

  • Entry is completed by purchasing a ticket via the website.

  • Ticket prices and total number of entries are displayed on each competition page.

  • Entries are limited and once sold out, no further entries will be accepted.

5. Free Postal Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter for free, send your entry by post to:

Your entry must include:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Contact number

  • Email address

  • Competition name

  • Correct answer to the question

Conditions:

  • One entry per envelope

  • Entries must be received before the competition closing date

  • Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified

  • Free entries are processed manually and may not appear instantly

6. Prize Details

  • The prize for each competition is clearly stated on the competition page.

  • The winner may choose:

    • The stated prize, or

    • A cash alternative equal to 70% of total ticket revenue received for that competition

7. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • Winners are selected at random from all correct entries.

  • Draws are conducted live or via recorded method for transparency.

  • Winners will be:

    • Contacted via email/phone

    • Announced on our website and social media channels

8. Claiming the Prize

  • Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification.

  • If no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

  • Proof of identity may be required before prize release.

9. Delivery / Collection

  • Physical prizes will be shipped via insured delivery within the UK.

  • Delivery times may vary but will typically be within 7 working days.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All entries are final and non-refundable.

  • If a competition does not sell out, the Promoter reserves the right to:

    • Extend the draw date, or

    • Offer a cash alternative, or

    • Issue refunds at its discretion

11. Liability

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues.

  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation or prize use, except where required by law.

12. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

  • Data will only be used for:

    • Administering the competition

    • Contacting winners

    • Marketing (if opted in)

13. Right to Amend

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel competitions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

14. Legal Compliance

  • These competitions are operated as prize competitions, not lotteries, in accordance with UK law.

  • A free entry route is provided in line with legal requirements.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales and Scotland where applicable.
