Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY – MINT GOLD LTD

This policy applies to any products or services purchased using subscription or recurring purchase options through Mint Gold Ltd.


1. Subscription / Recurring Orders

Where a product is offered on a recurring or subscription basis, customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To cancel, customers must:

  • Log into their account and manage their subscription settings, or

  • Contact us at sales@mintgold.co.uk


2. Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date

  • If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the next order may still be processed and charged


3. Processed Orders

  • Once a recurring order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

  • Any returns will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy


4. Competition Entries (Important Exception)

Competition entries purchased via Bullion Comps are:

  • Not subscriptions

  • Not recurring purchases

  • Non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased

This policy does not apply to competition entries.


5. Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for subscription payments already processed

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate billing or technical errors


6. Changes to Subscription Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue subscription products

  • Change pricing with reasonable notice
