PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY – MINT GOLD LTD

This policy applies to any products or services purchased using subscription or recurring purchase options through Mint Gold Ltd.
1. Subscription / Recurring Orders
Where a product is offered on a recurring or subscription basis, customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
To cancel, customers must:

Log into their account and manage their subscription settings, or

2. Cancellation Timing

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date

If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the next order may still be processed and charged
3. Processed Orders

Once a recurring order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Any returns will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy
4. Competition Entries (Important Exception)
Competition entries purchased via Bullion Comps are:

Not subscriptions
-
Not recurring purchases
-
Non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased
This policy does not apply to competition entries.
5. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for subscription payments already processed

Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate billing or technical errors
6. Changes to Subscription Services
We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue subscription products

Change pricing with reasonable notice
