SHIPPING POLICY – MINT GOLD LTD / BULLION COMPS

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Mint Gold Ltd, including:

  • Physical product purchases (bullion, jewellery, watches)

  • Competition prizes fulfilled via Bullion Comps


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended


2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted and insured delivery services such as:

  • Royal Mail (Tracked / Special Delivery)

  • Courier services (for high-value items)

All shipments are:

  • Tracked

  • Insured (where applicable)

  • Require a signature on delivery for high-value items


3. Delivery Timeframes (UK)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Tracked / Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

  • High-value items: Sent via insured next-day delivery where possible

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions


5. Bullion & High-Value Shipments (Important)

Due to the nature of precious metals:

  • All bullion shipments are fully tracked and insured where possible

  • Responsibility for the item transfers once:

    • The item is marked as delivered, and

    • A signature has been obtained (where applicable)

Customers must ensure:

  • The delivery address is secure

  • Someone is available to receive the item

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Missed deliveries or unattended addresses


6. Competition Prizes (Bullion Comps)

  • Prizes will be dispatched within 3–7 working days after confirmation from the winner

  • Winners must provide accurate delivery details

  • High-value prizes will be sent via insured and tracked delivery


7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items

Lost Items

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, contact us

  • We will investigate with the courier before issuing a replacement or refund

Delayed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or external factors

Damaged Items

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photographic evidence may be required


8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom

  • International shipping may be offered on request

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Import duties

    • Taxes

    • Customs clearance


9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address:

    • The customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs


10. Fraud Prevention & Security

For high-value orders, we reserve the right to:

  • Delay dispatch for verification

  • Request proof of identity

  • Cancel orders deemed suspicious
