5. Bullion & High-Value Shipments (Important)
Due to the nature of precious metals:

All bullion shipments are fully tracked and insured where possible

Responsibility for the item transfers once:

A signature has been obtained (where applicable)

Customers must ensure:

The delivery address is secure

Someone is available to receive the item

6. Competition Prizes (Bullion Comps)

Prizes will be dispatched within 3–7 working days after confirmation from the winner

Winners must provide accurate delivery details

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items

We will investigate with the courier before issuing a replacement or refund
